For divers, the Lake Veere is a unique developing world. Visibility of 10 metres is certainly no exception and and life under water is growing rapidly. You can see eels, lobsters; anemones, shrimps and flatfishes as well as brightly coloured colonies of seasquirts whenever you dive.
De Inlaag diving site lies in front of the camping site. One can immediately swim off up to approximately seven metres. Running parallel to the border, against the channel, there is a line to which a hoop net has been fastened. This line has wonderful growth on it and can be followed up to eight metres. This shallowness is ideal for beginner divers to go deep gradually and for advanced divers it offers the opportunity of taking beautiful pictures in the sunlight.
You can fill your diving flasks yourselves at De Veerhoeve. To the right of the parking area there is a filling station with three connections: 2 x 230 bar a,d 1 x 300 bar.
It is therefore perfectly possible to enjoy a weekend trip together with the diving club at De Veerhoeve: staying the night in group accommodation or one of the bungalows and a diving site within walking distance!
